My CPU would not recognize my external back up disk YIKES! Took the drive in. 2 hours later I received a call and I was informed of the problem, the possible fixes and the concerns. Estimates were provided for each scenario. I approved the work and the next morning I received a phone call informing me that all of my files had been retrieved. Computer Zone is the BEST! True customer service, timely and reasonable.
Computer Zone is the best place to go for help with your computer. Wayne and Matt are helpful and also kind and respectful. I’ll never go anywhere else for my computer woes. They always get it fixed quickly and right.
I was very impressed with Matt and Wayne getting my newer Gigabyte Gaming PC back into action after it had been directly targeted with malicious software. Fair prices, quick service, locally owned. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again!
