5/5 Stars without question.When going to the Tech Shop you can be sure that you’re getting quality, honest help. Matt does a great job of putting things into terms someone with very little knowledge of computers is still able to understand. He doesn’t try to sell you on services or fixes that you don’t need and does a great job of making sure of exactly what you want done before doing anything. All at a quick pace and a reasonable price.

Although they didn't offer the buy used computer service I was looking for which was my fault for not calling ahead the super sexy stache tech guy was super nice and directed me to many other places that may offer that service with the best payout.

After doing a lot of research I decided to choose The Tech Shop to *hopefully* recover photos and videos from a dead computer, I was extremely worried about losing memories from my kids few first years of life. Matt was quick to respond to my inquiry and was available to look at my computer right away. All of my photos and videos were recovered THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY! I am extremely grateful for The Tech Shop and I highly recommend trying them out!
