“We came in with a group of five during a very busy weekend, and overall we had a good experience. The salon was packed, but they had an efficient system and kept everyone moving. We were greeted when we walked in, our technicians worked quickly, and our pedicures turned out great. Everyone got the colors they wanted, and no one in our group had any issues with cuts or poor-quality work.

The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are a few things that could be improved. They’re cash only, but we didn’t see any signs letting customers know beforehand, so we had to leave to get cash. The women’s restroom also wasn’t very clean. There was a dead bug, another live bug, and the toilet hadn’t been flushed when I walked in. It just didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the experience.

Overall, the staff worked hard, prices were reasonable, and I’d come back if I was in Broken Bow again.“
