We came in with a group of five during a very busy weekend, and overall we had a good experience. The salon was packed, but they had an efficient system and kept everyone moving. We were greeted when we walked in, our technicians worked quickly, and our pedicures turned out great. Everyone got the colors they wanted, and no one in our group had any issues with cuts or poor-quality work.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are a few things that could be improved. They’re cash only, but we didn’t see any signs letting customers know beforehand, so we had to leave to get cash. The women’s restroom also wasn’t...read full review
I have been going to Katies nail salon for a long time. I am a local and they always treat me well. Mason is one of my favorites he is very talented with the nail art and doing exactly what I want or better.
2023....I have been in McCurtain County since February 2021 and have visited several nail salons in Idabel and Broken Bow. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with excessive pricing, unsatisfactory nail services, and unprofessional staff. Today, I decided to try Katie's Nail Salon and was pleasantly surprised. The nail technician accurately fulfilled my requests, and the cost was quite reasonable. I will undoubtedly return for their services, particularly for a pedicure.
