“This is my second time here and really love the Paris Ultimate pedicure. The Up Charges confound me. I do not like or care for gel on my toes, I just want regular polish. I filled out the sheet with my name (note the lack of my name in the photo) and escorted to a seat. Today, three times, I had to say I didn’t want gel, it was specifically marked for my pedicure and stated I didn’t want gel. I specifically marked a dip manicure. I like the dip and want the extra services, so I pay for them. A man came by and asked when I changed it to Solar. I did not. This evening, my fingers are on FIRE. She used acrylic! I didn’t want acrylic, the chemicals have this effect on me. It was not her place to decide what was in my best interest or what was a “better” product. I know me and how my body reacts to things. Now for the next two days I will suffer. I can’t say I will return. Please be vigilant if you go.”
