Drumworld had exactly what I wanted, and they were very knowledgeable, very helpful and even suggested a couple other stores that I could look at to find exactly what I wanted. I wound up going back to drum world I purchased my beautiful drum there with stand. Now I have two more Djembe's. I was in desperate need of two cases and two stands to transport my two new drums safely to drum circles I'm teaching, so others could play my drums and I have not worry about them getting knocked over. I called Drum World, the gentleman that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very nice. My friend and I drove down, we had a wonderful experience in the store I got exactly what I needed at a very affordable price. I highly recommend the folks at drum world for all your percussion needs thank you guys! I appreciate you all so very much! this is one very happy customer.“

“Stopped in today on the way home to check this place out. Im a Disabled Veteran and heard music therapy could help with a lot of issues Veterans come across so I decided to give it a try. I went to gxxxxr cxxxxr several times to try and get some advice, because I literally can not afford to take a risk on a guitar. I always left confused and didn't know which way to turn. I walked into Running Dogs Music about 10 minutes before closing just to try to ask a few quick questions. Thats when Rick walked over, I explained what I was looking for, and told him I was just going to get some quick advice on what guitar would be good for a beginner. He immediately walked me over to a bench and told me to have a seat, he didn't care what time it was, he cared about helping me in any way he could. He would not let me rush one single question and actually provided me with more info than I have been able to come up with in months of research on my own. He helped me choose the perfect guitar FOR ME. The reason I worded it like that is because he didn't try to push something expensive on me to get me out the door and make a quick buck. He walked me through each and every step. What I was interested in. What budget I wanted to stay in. What guitar shape felt good to me, and the absolute most important what sounded good to me. So after being there well after closing I narrowed it down to two guitars. Both would have been a solid choice but one was a little more than the other. So instead of selling me on the more expensive one he told me I should choose what I thought was beter. So how can you compare sound to its full extent with out the ability to play the instrument? Now keep in mind we are 30 minutes past close at this point, he told me to sit there so he could perform a blind sound test that way I knew what would sound better to my ears and offered to keep playing as long as I wanted to ensure I got the guitar I liked best. You don't get that hospitality and attention at big box stores. Thank you Mr. Williams for everything, you have truly made a customer for life.“
