Great place and great experience. They were nice enough to work with my hectic schedule and their insight and guidance has been invaluable. I was only able to take lessons on Friday and they made it happen.

I have a Gibson acoustic I bought over 10 years ago, a crack formed on the front and the bridge was coming up.I had gone to a couple other people to see about the repair, one refused to even consider working on it and the other gave me a price that was as much as the original purchase price.The third person I went to suggested Running Dogs Music.When Rick evaluated the problems I was facing, the repairs weren't nearly as drastic as I had been lead to believe.He repaired the crack (you can't even see where it was now), reset the bridge, shaved down the saddle, reinforced a previous repair, smoothed the edges of the frets, and restrung it all for a third of the price the...read full review

We came in looking for a Venezuelan cuatro, there were none but Rick and Lance helped us get an ukulele sound like a cuatro, we also got a case and a tuner, we needed some different strings and they made an order of the cuatro strings. Customer service is top notch, we will recommend this music shop to anybody.
