This is the 2nd time we have had to have Hot Shots come out quickly because something went wrong. After repeated PSO outages in one day, part of our house wouldn't come back. They came the next day (we had ac) and took care of it quickly. Nothing but super helpful, reasonable team. After getting quotes more than double for work that didn't need to be done, it was so nice to have a company we can trust.
Did the job very well
