I called them at 9am to inquire about an air conditioning problem. They were so friendly and responsive and informative! I was scheduled for service for the next day, with a possibility of later today, if possible. I was called the same day and told that someone would be over in 30 minutes. By 2:30pm my problem was solved! The Technician was informative and friendly. The price was more than fair....even for what I considered urgent! We live in Blanchard, so I wanted to use a local company. I'm sure glad we did! Will be using this company for ALL future needs!
Had Franklin's come out for a problem with my unit outside not kicking on. They were out in 24 hours, had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes, had everything back together in around 35 minutes. They were quick, professional, friendly, and fair in pricing. Highly recommend them.Service: A/C system repair
Our AC went out last night late w/temps in high 90's and low 100's we knew we needed someone today!! I left a message and was called back with a TIME. He messaged me and was on time! Terry was wonderful and fixed our AC very quickly and for a lot less than I figured!!
