They do good work but their customer service when it comes to setting up appointments is lacking, everytime I call to set up an appointment they say they will give me call back once somebody arrives and I never get that call back. I even left a voicemail after not getting a response twice and never got a call back.

Amazing job quick and efficient! Steven came on his day off just to do an estimate and measure our roof! Communication was great, when we’d call Steven picked up on the first ring! Everything was explained to us in detail with no surprises! Within a week we had our roof redone with new shingles and decking! Everyone worked very hard on our roof! Thank you guys so much!

I just had a massive amount of work done at our home, everything from painting to flooring to lights and cabinet refinishing. The one thing that made the biggest impact was the tile & grout cleaning. Dillon cleaned all the tile floors and recolored the grout, then sealed it all so it would stay pretty. He also fixed up our (new!) shower that was already showing major wear, and told me how to keep it looking nice much longer. He was patient and cheerful throughout, happy to work around the other contractors as needed. Highly recommend!

The staff are efficient, good communicators. We had some storm damage and it looks like they did an excellent job repairing it. They cleaned up and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We felt like we could trust them.
We contracted with Tulsa Balloons for a recent nonprofit event. Tulsa Balloons was responsive and made sure the colors matched what I wanted. The balloons were perfect for our event!
Every single employee I talked to was so kind and helpful, especially Jesse! I told him that I had wanted a certain type of rock for my garden border, and when I shared my idea I had called myself “weird.” He corrected me and said “no, not weird at all. That’s really unique!” He sounded so genuine. My family and I went to pick out each of our 500 lbs. of stone and he came by to check on us occasionally (and apparently we broke a record for being there the longest out of anyone else on a Sunday). Tomorrow is my birthday, and I love this place so much that I’ll be spending a few hours there to pick out more pretty rocks and mulch! Here are some cool rocks I found.ETA: I posted this yesterday and just left Hardscape’s again. Best birthday EVER. Boss, so cool and kindhearted. All the guys on the tractors and at the scales, so awesome. The ladies up front, so sweet. 10/10

Kyla was so patient and good with my daughter. Halle was as gentle as she could be with the X-rays. And Vicki was outstanding! She explained things to my 9 year old in terms she could understand. She was kind, patient and not rushed. We had a great experience despite having to go to urgent care unplanned with an injury.

Wow! Had my first experience at The Crowe’s Nest and was blown away by the customer service, experience, knowledge and education I received! I don’t get my hair done a lot and I came in having booked the wrong appointment, yet was met with understanding and trying to help me leave happy, in which I did! Hailey helped me understand more about my hair, what to look for and how best to manage it. I’m returning for my next appointment and definitely recommend this salon and Hailey in particular. Thuy did a great job! Even though I got there just 30 mins before they closed, she took her time and did exactly what I asked for! They were unloading and putting together some brand new pedicure chairs while I was there and they looked awesome and so comfortable!
It was my very first time getting lashes done - as a natural red head I just wanted to be able to have lashes without mascara (if you know, you know). Evelyn was wonderful!! She explained every step of the process which soothed my nerves. She also helped in deciding what would be best for me. I LOVE the turn out!! 10/10 would recommend!
Best dark to blonde highlights!! BOOK WITH REAGAN she does amazing blonde highlights. I'm a natural dark haired Latina and she gave me exactly what I saw in my mind. I'm from Southern CA and would go to L.A and OC to get top notch hair stylist for the perfect color and placements. I was glad to find such a talented and highly trained hair colorist. She gave me the perfect Carmel tones. Her technique was different and advanced compared to other experiences I've had in Oklahoma. Her face framing placement looks perfectly sunkissed and I love that I have some solid thick front highlights and very blended natural placements. I also have curly hair with can be hard find the right placement. My hair gives very beachy and California vibes !! I LOVE It!!

At least three times, while visiting family in the area, I needed a haircut and was able to get an appointment with Stephenie very quickly (1-2 days). Each time, I have been very happy with my cut. I'm male, in my sixties, but have a cut I like. I always have gotten it here.
Stacy has always accommodated me! I’m from out of town so I’m last minute. Shop is clean, really nicely decorated, but homey and comfortable too! She gives a great haircut at a reasonable price and fun conversation!

I had Sparks construction repair some minor water damage in my home. It was an excellent experience! After having a big name restoration company come and basically say I'd need my whole downstairs redone (and that they'd be happy to work with my insurance), Sparks was confident that was not the case. I was provided a detailed quote shortly after they came and measured everything. They matched my hand scraped hardwood floors perfectly. The workers were skilled and pleasant. The entire experience was superb, and while I hope to never have to use their skills again, I will 100% call them with any future problems I may have.
I contacted several companies for quotes for a retaining wall replacement before selecting Adams. Adam impressed me with his professional approach, advice and experience. He and his team later outdid themselves when it came to the job. Everything they said and promised was delivered and even exceeded expectations. I am now being asked for who did the job by strangers and YES I would and will recommend him to anyone needing work. He even recommended and worked with a fencing company as I needed the fence replaced and highly recommended them also. We hired Backyard Depot to landscape our yard. They provided a detailed plan and explained the process. The final product was even better than we expected. They completed the job in a little over a week and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company for any landscaping project.
Brian, Signature Pools, started on my pool to replace some tiles following a deck remodel. He started that small job, but as we got into it, we found that the plaster was delaminating. I decided that it would be much better to re-plaster and re-tile. Brian gave me a more than fair bid to do the remodel on the pool and I had him do it. The pool came out great!
A leak problem arose at the light fixture and Brian diligently pursued the leak until it was resolved at no expense to me. He incurred significant expense but took care of it.
Brian is true to his word and does quality work.

Best vet around the Bixby area, very reasonably priced. They always take great care of our dogs. Plus, they are very punctual. If your appointment is at 9:30, it actually starts at 9:30. Very appreciative of that.
We have been going to River Trail Animal Hospital for about 3 years. Dr George is the absolute BEST!! When we first brought our Dal to him she was having a UTI issue he consulted with other Drs. In the practice to get her on the best routine. Cleared up her issue. He also did her spay and she had a nervous reaction afterwards and he took such great care of her!! He called after hours and checked on her. All the staff there is so nice and welcoming!

First time here. Great place to take your fur baby. They came outside and took her (Baby) inside. Kayla did a wonderful job. Baby left looking so cute with her bandana and bow. They even gave her a treat bag. I already have Baby's next appointment scheduled. Very satisfied.
So thankful to have found dog 4 dog grooming. They did an incredible job on my goldendoodle, he’s had a rough experience with a previous groomer in the past and they were so communicative with me and really worked with him to make sure he wasn’t anxious. The facility was clean and spacious and they were very reasonable priced too.
