Great program our discussions where to the point everyone brings there stories of how they are where they are and why they are there and what triggers your actions and how we can Descalate and learn to back ourselves down and try to defuse our situation. Anger is like holding a red hot rock the only person getting burned is the person holding the rock. People sometimes poke at people to get a response don't let them get to you you have resources to control your anger use them.
