I can’t recommend River Trail Animal Hospital enough! I’ve taken my dog Stella to see them multiple times over the years for different things, and every vet, vet tech, and staff member has always been amazing.
My most recent visit with Dr. Copeland was especially wonderful. She is by far the kindest, most caring, and informative vet I’ve ever experienced. She took so much time explaining Stella’s procedure and answering all of my questions, and she even called during the procedure to keep me informed. The staff also followed up a few days later to make sure Stella was doing well and scheduled a follow-up with Dr. Copeland to make sure everything was healing properly.
Attended our puppy’s first visit and it was the best experience. Very clean facility and well knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to all our future visits and boarding when needed.
