Chad has been checking our roof for years now after storms, and for 4 years he’s said “your roof looks fine” which was bewildering to me because I’ve heard stories of roofers lying especially after a storm to get business, because of his consistent Honesty when we finally did need a roof I knew I’d be calling him. He answered every question promptly, he was clear and polite and helpful. When we finally got scheduled scheduling lady was awesome gave me all the info I needed. The roofers showed up and got to work, they were here at 7AM and gone by noon.
After one of our infamous spring wind storms, I lost a good portion of my shingles off of my admittedly, quite old roof. Chad was able to come out the very next day. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all the different roofing options in an easy to understand way. He went over all the benefits with the different options, from the type and class of shingle to the color. Over the few days while I was deciding what to do he always picked right the phone and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. After the estimate was worked up, Chad gave me all the options. There was no high-pressure sales or pushing us whatsoever. Due to the age of the roof, I decided to not go through the insurance, but pay for the roof myself which the company was quite flexible on the payment. I’m hopeful I won’t need another roof for many years or decades, but if I do, I’ll make sure to give these guys a call.
Met with Jamie Campbell this morning re. my roof. He was great, informative, honest. Did not recommend replacement, but I will definitely get a bid from All American Roofing when it is time to replace.
