Anastasia and Jessica are awesome! They are very helpful with filling out the loan application and they inform you of each step they are doing. They make sure you understood everything you signed before you walk out the door. Whole process 30 minutes top. Thank you ladies for helping people when they need it!
Anastasia is wonderful she helped me through so much and this has been so difficult for me she is a true blessing you guys are very blessed to have her and I definitely will continue coming here
I’ve been a customer with World Finance for years, and while I’ve always appreciated their professionalism, I recently saw their true colors during a difficult time. I was unfortunately laid off, and the stress of managing finances was overwhelming.
I had opted for the involuntary unemployment insurance on my loan, and the team here made the filing process incredibly smooth. They walked me through the paperwork, showed genuine empathy for my situation, and followed up to ensure everything was handled. It’s rare to find a company that supports you when things go wrong, not just when things are going well. Highly recommend!
