Heights Finance in Bartlesville is the best finance company I’ve worked with!! I wanted to just redo my loan. Instead Jeff and Mary came up with a debt consolidation loan that would pay all my small loans and my truck and would allow one payment in my budget. Jeff got all the paperwork done smoothly and explained everything to me, even quoting the correct payment per month. I wasn’t pressured into taking the loan at all. Jeff was extremely thorough on all the paperwork, what he needed and was ready when I walked in the door for my appointment. We moved from Fort Worth, Texas to Wichita, KS and had a loan at one of their offices and they were supposed to have transferred my account to this store, because this is the closest one to where we live now, they didn't do it. Mary Shellenbarger helped me get that taken care of. She is a really helpful and pleasant woman. She was wonderful in helping me out. Can't wait to do more business with her and her team. Mary was awesome at her job a realist for sure....customer service was great and I didn't leave with the amount I wanted but having another option was great......I highly recommend this place
