Watters Heat & Air provides awesome service and professionalism, with a dedication to getting new units installed. They are amazing, honest people who have been in the family business for years. When an AC broke in mid-July and it was 90 degrees in the house, they weren’t able to make it out for a couple of days, but Amy gave suggestions on what might be wrong and even called back to check on them. They cared about well-being more than anything else, valuing family and integrity. When AHS couldn't get someone out for 3 days, Watters came the next day and gave tips until then. A/C got hit by lightning, and Larry got it running again within a couple of hours of the call, polite and professional. They have been out a few times over the years to work on an old unit, are friendly, and have always fixed the issue and got the customer up and running again. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about Amy and her husband. I'm sorry I didn't catch his first name. They are amazing honest people that have been in the family business for years. I definitely will be recommending them and using them again should any issues come up that need to be fixed. I really can't say enough about them. I truly feel blessed that I called them for repairs 😊
Wow! I’m so impressed with Watters Heat and Air. We got home from a trip and found that our AC broke while we were gone and it was 90 degrees in our house in mid July! It was pretty miserable!
They weren’t able to make it out for a couple days, but Amy gave us some suggestions on what might be wrong, and luckily my contractor brother-in-law was staying with us and was able to get it fixed and working based off of Amy’s suggestions. Amy even called us back to check on us.
We were so impressed with them and the fact they actually cared about our well- being more than anything else!
This is a company that values family and integrity! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
