Hire the best, get the best!Kevin Lynch is a professional. We had an excellent experience. Kevin sold our house in 2 days. We had multiple offers.Results!Kevin knows this business. He is an expert. He understands the market. He knows contracts.Kevin hired a professional photographer to get the best pictures of our home. She does wonderful work.Kevin has relationships with local contractors. This comes in handy when you need things repaired in a timely manner.
