I have used this doctor off and on depending on if I work out of town or not, good doctor, but I will never go back due to needing safety glasses and evidently they will not email your prescription. I was also way over charged and I have great blue cross blue shield insurance after doing some investigating I found this info out. It would have been cheaper to go elsewhere and without insurance. I do not recommend

Dr Foust is wonderful. He is efficient and friendly. I always recommend him to anyone that asked where a good eye dr is. His staff is also very friendly.

Super rude dr. Went twice. First time glasses were so over powered i would get sick wearing them. Ok. Went back in a year wanting to get a better pair same thing after telling him my issues. Also he tried to break red with me when he heard me expressing my concerns. Will NEVER BE BACK. Avoid!

The ladies at the front desk were absolutely disrespectful towards my wife when she went back to have her old glasses checked for prescription strength compared to what was originally written. They lied and said they were the same strength and they acted like she didn't know what she was talking about. Funny thing is, the new glasses almost made her sick from wearing them. So who's the liar?

The eye Dr. himself were very nice and helpful. But check your insurance yourself before going in there. I was told my insurance would not cover glasses and contacts. So unless I wanted to pay full price for either glasses or contacts I could choose - which I was willing to pay full prices for the glasses. The lady with dark hair helping with the glasses there seemed like she did not care at all and I just kinda gave up with no service. I went to another place to get glasses and there I was informed that my insurance covered both! So I saved money by going another place.

Dr. Foust was very friendly and professional. The tech that does the eyeglasses part, is the opposite. From picking out my glasses to placing the order to picking up my glasses and having to comeback to get them adjusted, she is very unfriendly! Makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Also, my glasses are still crooked! Will take them somewhere else for another adjustment. SMH
