I've been renting for about a year and a half.

No issues at all. In fact, when that tornado hit last year, everything was fixed within a few days.

Last week, my AC went out on Thursday (Central) due to a storm. Friday, window units were put in. I came home Monday, it was fixed, turned on and I walked into a comfy place.

Everyone I've had come was polite and thorough.

I would highly recommend renting from KKA.

Not sure about the negative reviews, I’ve personally moved into one of their properties a little less than a month ago everything was clean. No surprises quick to respond to email or calls, after I moved in. I realize there was no dryer vent ran to the outside of the home, and when I turned the washing machine water lines on, I noticed they were leaking from the handle, probably from sitting a while. they had somebody get the problems addressed the next day. No problem.. I will update in the future if needed but from what I can tell they are running a decent business. glad I chose this house.

I have and still do rent from Chris, I have been in the same place 10 years, have no problems, when something goes wrong his maintenance team r usually there that day or the next day, pay your rent u will have no problems don't pay ur rent u deserve to be evicted, that's how it goes
