If I could give them no starts I would. My grandpa went in there physically healthy. He was able to walk, talk, use the bathroom and open his eyes. He was there for three weeks. While there they “misplaced” all his belongings on top of being there he got covid. Yesterday they decided to release him. They DID NOT retest him for covid before he left. They allowed him to leave with a fever over 100. When he was picked up to come home he could not walk, he couldn’t talk or use the bathroom on his own. They were slowly killing my grandfather. He wasn’t home 12 hours before he had to be rushed back to a different hospital in an ambulance. Now his condition is severely worse! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!! This is not a place that cares for patients. They only care about a paycheck. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves and this so called “hospital”!!

My mother was treated very disrespectful. Words cannot express how RUDE they were. Would rather a Vet take care of my Mother than this place. Somebody needs to come here and do some housecleaning. (And by that, I mean FIRE PEOPLE!) And also have the ones that work here have to be taken care of and treated by the worst ones there. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to give a star, before I could post this. Didn't want to.

Dr. Hightower did an amazing job. You couldn't have asked for a better crew in the labor and delivery. My daughter had a prolapsed cord and was rushed for a c section. The staff moved so fast and efficient. They kept us informed and daddy and I both got to go in with baby after she was born. There was a nurse Kayle that was amazing and very knowledgeable . It was her 3rd day at our hospital but hope she stays . I wish I knew the names of the others as they were as great.
