The staff at Gap Medical is completely insane in my opinion. Not only do they cut down potential clients but the staff has extreme issues getting prescriptions to the right places , and to the right individuals. The staff is very unorganized as well as the doctors found a great source of cash by the client in which makes me wonder if they are committing embezzlement. They will absolutely not return phone calls in regards to patience and will screen calls as they come in on the business line. They create confusion , and sabotage any hope of individuals getting they're much needed prescriptions after paying $125 a visit for only a 10 to 12 minutes of time spent in total. Five minutes or less with an actual doctor or a nurse practitioner. Gap Medical needs to be reported to the authorities under the acts of broken laws. I wouldn't recommend anyone to complete the cycle of a visit with Gap Medical. Find a different place to go to.

All the staff at Gap are excellent! I am 69 yrs young and this is the best healthcare I have ever received by far. I have gone there since Dr Michael Bumpus retired several years ago. I have Medicare and pay the 65 dollars monthly to Gap because I can get in same day and they always take their time with me and find solutions that always work. Been with them for almost 15 years now maybe more!! And they have seen me at my worst and have seen me at my best and have never judged!! Just simply the best front office hospitality and the best two doctors in Bartlesville!!! The nurses are a blessing as well!! I have no secrets from anyone there and trust me there is no reason to have them, as they care to work with you and help you better your life!!! God bless everyone that works there!! I cant say enough good things about Dr. Britt. His office got us in for an appointment the same day and didn't rush us through like cattle. Dr. Britt 100% cares about his patients and tries to find the root cause of your issues. THANK YOU DR. BRITT!

SCAM ALERT Beware Gap Medical sister went to them last February 2024 and called March2024 to cancel and they said they still had to charge one more time but they been charging my sister for year , yes should have been more observant with checking account . Now saying they would have told her to come sign a form to cancel. but they did not that day when she called or she would have went and signed it i mean really 65.00 a month at 12 mths, they said it was in the contract but she just took the word of the receptionist ,but people beware Easy way to make money for no services

Gap Medical Clinic is the greatest asset of our community in the medical field. They have set the bar extremely high in caring about their patients, professionalism, cleanliness, promptness and knowledge. Everyone from the time you walk in is friendly and helpful. My family have been going to Gap for years, even though we have private insurance, we choose Gap, because we know we’re getting the best care.

I've been coming to GAP since they opened at least a decade ago. Dr. Britt and Penny take time to listen. They explain everything thoroughly while never making you feel that there's a time limit. They've gotten me through some very tough times over the years. When my husband had terminal cancer, they took great care of me so I could take care of him. If he went for an appointment, the nurse would disinfect the chair and anything else he might need to touch. I'm at home here and that's the best feeling - I've never felt like that at a doctor's office.
