Farris Heating & Air Conditioning

My ac went out in the middle of August at 7pm. I have some serious medical issues. They had someone come out with in an hour and repaired my system. The service technician was very nice.
Courteous and quick service is a rarity these days. I highly recommend Farris Heating & Air Conditioning.

Our A/C went out on a Wednesday evening in the middle of June. Farris was called first thing Thursday morning and they said they could be out about 11:30. The serviceman arrived two hours early to check our unit. It was determined that the condensate line was plugged up, which he unclogged, thus shorting out the control board. He made a quick trip back to his shop to pick up a new control board. After the installation, he went outside and cleaned the coils on the outside unit. The serviceman was friendly and courteous and had the A/C working in less than 30 minutes. Great company, very professional. Highly recommend.

I have had to call Farris on three separate occasions due to heating issues and they have been very helpful and responsive. I also have to applaud them on their honesty as I called them with an emergency and was told that it would be holiday rate, but when the technician arrived he told me that it wasn’t a holiday for them and it would be normal rate. He could have easily not said anything and charged me the holiday rate, but he didn’t and for that I will always recommend Farris for your heating and air conditioning service.
