Was a member here in previous years and really liked the atmosphere but never had time to make it here. Now that I have time, me and my husband have joined again to get ourselves healthier.
Dustin at colaw fitness was super friendly & helpful. He was a very knowledgeable person and answered all my questions about the membership. I would definitely workout here he’s the best .
My regular gym had to temporarily close after it sustained damage from the tornado that hit our town. I came in to Colaws to see about a membership. Sara was incredibly helpful and courteous. I found out my gym was going to open in a couple of days so I ended up not getting a membership after all. I'm writing this review to let you know what an amazing job Sara is doing!!!
