Johnathan was great with my intro to CF-30. I wanted to lose weight for my son's wedding at Thanksgiving. I followed it pretty strictly, and it sure wasn't easy, but it was worth it! I dropped a dress size, 23 lbs and 17 inches overall in about 6 to 7 weeks and I'm 66 years old. Fat-burning program on the treadmill helped a lot too! Thanks Colaw Fitness!

I’ve used Colaw’s fitness on and off for over ten years, I’ve always had a good experience here. They have a good selection of equipment and an experienced staff team. I would recommend Colaw’s to anyone on their fitness journey.

Very friendly staff, I am stranger to Bartlesville. however, Allie was very helpful in setting my membership up and explained everything is great detail. Definitely recommend this gym.
