Bartlesville is so fortunate to have this place! Excellent stylists & amazing atmosphere. Communication is excellent, my calls & texts are always returned promptly. From the historic downtown building’s pressed metal ceilings, huge iron chandelier & distressed brick walls to the modern decor & equipment, it feels like an upscale city salon. It’s like a getaway in the middle of town. Co-owner Joanne has been my stylist for years. She takes genuine interest in her clients. I'm so grateful I found Riley at Boulevard Hair Color! She's an incredible stylist with such a warm personality. She's able to transform my former blah style to one I absolutely love! Riley is one of the best! This salon is so nice! Run, don't walk, to Boulevard Hair Color salon and be transformed with fantastic hair!

I booked with Susan a month ago. That’s the first time I’ve ever teared up in a chair! She did PHENOMENAL! Not only was she incredibly kind and helpful, but she did so good! I have curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who actually cuts it where it looks great straightened or natural. I highly recommend booking with her for a cut or color- I love my cut and color SO MUCH! ? Also, the salon itself is beautiful, truly feel like you’re in heaven.
