Jonas Grider came out this morning and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He was professional and competent in his work. I highly recommend Graco and Jonas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I tried to post a review on Google but couldn’t find where to do that.

Graco keeping it short longer version on google reviews with photos basically tech over looked a lock ring that fell, it was on the wires that traveled down and made contact with the capacitor that could have burned house down lucky i was awake in the middle of the night. they sent tech out back out who said unit was now fryed and want to quote a whole new outside unit. they do not back there work and refuse to make contact with us to resolve this.

They are the best. On Saturday when temps 101 my central unit shut down. The receptionist was so nice and kind. He made it to my house within an hour and had fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He explained the problem and is going to even come back and check it in a couple of days. Assured me to call if i had any problems. Before he left it was already cooling. Just couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Chris Boswell!
