Ken Zitello owner of Yo Comfort Systems went over and above to repair my furnace and to make sure I had heat in this cold weather. As soon as I text him he quickly replies and is right out to access the issue. Very kind, patient and honest and treats me like Family. I highly recommend ken Zitello Yo.Comfort Systems.
I booked the appointment online and Ken (Owner) called me the next day to confirm. He was able to come out after I got home from work and find the problem with my furnace. He changed out the part the day after. I highly recommend him and will use this company again. Very down to earth and personable
First off, I have to say thank you to, Ken. My furnace would not light, and I could not figure it out. I gave Youngstown Comfort Systems a call, after hours, and on his son's prom night, of all nights. He came out in a very timely manner and got my furnace up and going.
