Jim Thornton came out to install a heat pump at my home. This was a particularly difficult installation given the structure of my home. Jim actually had to move the unit through our home to get to the back yard. They were careful, thoughtful and professional at every step. I shopped around for a few quotes and the price was great, especially to work with a professional who truly understands what he's doing. Others tried to upswell me products I didn't need - Jim walked me through the details and helped me make the right decision. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'll be using them for all of my heating, cooling, and plumbing work.
