Zach and Melvin arrived promptly in the morning. They were professional and immediately began cleaning the carpet. When finished they did a walk through to be certain everything was to my satisfaction.

I highly recommend this company!!! I had an Easter Sunday sump pump failure resulting in 18 inches in water in my basement. After waiting for over a week for the company my insurance company set to do the clean up, they sent Nate from Rainbow. They started the following week. It took five days and three dumpsters! Confession — I’m a hoarder, but I’m not sorry all that stuff is gone. Zach, Nathan, Ron and Tony (I hope I remembered everyone!) did a fantastic job! They were super good at asking me about things I might want saved, and they even brought some papers that they suggested I either burn or shred due to the personal nature of the contents.
