This place has always had my back at every level of care they have. 960, 920, Rogers, Niles, Newton Falls. Ever since I was a 19 year old kid struggling with addiction. The amenities of course make it a great place but not as much as the staff and hospitality. I will always recommend New Day. There isn’t enough good things I can say about them. I was so scared to go into just ANOTHER detox to come out and go back to my same ways. New Day wasn't just another detox/rehab facility. They gave me the tools and resources I needed to be successful in recovery. I sit here today with almost 3 years clean. If it wasn't for New Day, I don't know where I would be. Thank you Ms. Dana and New Day Recovery! You have no idea how many lives you have touched and continue to touch. Please don't stop doing what you're doing!!

Absolutely amazing. Chelsea, Anna, Melanie, John and Charles, you all are amazing and are what make this hard experience so easy. This time truly changed me and nothing but gratitude. Awesome facility. Love yall ?
