After a very long, stressful ,unexpected weekend starting off at Urgent care Friday evening, (13) hours at Austintown ER Saturday which including (11) of those hours just being a wait on room and transport to St. Elizabeth Youngstown ICU I would like to thank the staff in the ICU for excellent care, kindness and bedside manner… special thanks to Lucas & Tianna.for your kindness.. It all went upside down when my husband was transferred to (7th) floor and Caroline (Kathy Bates/Misery) … terrible ending to our stay… Dr. Negrete (You are Awesome) .

The staff was wonderful.... I broke my leg and several times I had to wait long periods of time for pain medication, but I understand the nurse was busy and sometimes dealing with difficult patients.

Dr's and nurses were excellent .I would recommend anyone needing hospital care saint elizabeth's hospital would be the place I would tell people to go.

The nurses and aids on the 6 floor were so nice the food was good. The gowns were old ugly and made me feel worst,I was ashamed to be in one,you go to the hospital to feel better. Your hospital needs some updating

Couldn’t leave zero stars, I wish we had an option of another hospital. Mercy is terrible they never review your results sent me home I looked in patient portal to see results… then specialist office from there called to set up appointment when nobody told me I had anything wrong. They suck I will risk trying to make it to Akron or Cleveland before I go there again

I was well informed about the procedure. Everyone that I came in contact with was helpful and courteous. The care I was given after the procedure was timely and professional. I would recommend the to my family.
