I had an allergic reaction to an OTC medication for the first time today and visited the office as a walk in patient and saw Holly Messina, APRN. The wait time was minimal, everyone was friendly and kind. I was treated quickly, and am feeling much better. The office was clean, comfortable and easy to access, people were friendly from the person at check in all the way through leaving post appointment. I would recommend this office for walk in care.
This is going to be a long one. Been a TD1 for 40 years. Every 3 month we have a follow up. And its the same at every visit. I've only been on the pump for 3 years now so fairly new. Been having skin conditions and issues with sites leaking. Anyway. She asks at every appointment why are your sugars not adding up with your labs? I tried to explain how when it leaks, the pump thinks that is what my body is getting. When I change sites there is a good connection so I have sever lows and when im on suspension I sky rocket because the .5 units isn't enough. The medtronic team from the start said that .5 units didnt seem right. She said she'd call them and get it fixed. By...read full review
I had a great experience here. First off it is so open with large windows when you first walk in, it is fresh and very clean and spacious.
The whole office is very open airy feeling.
The colors are beautiful for example the chairs in the waiting room- which add to the crisp light feeling inside.
The exam room, had the best view of outside, it was so relaxing waiting for the doctor while watching nature.
The staff were very kind and friendly, the doctor was very good and also shared his ideas and opinions very well.
He helped me with my concerns I’ve addressed for many years - with very quick results. And simplified things.
