He was able to walk me through some of potential issues and was honest with the price up front and was also very informative on different issues that may cause different prices! Luckily his troubleshooting over the phone was able to get us to eliminate potential possible issues. Was extremely friendly and was willing to go out of his way on base to help me out with my issue!
