I highly recommend this company. They go way and beyond for their customers. Ill give 100 stars if I could. I needed a key Fob to start my vehicle. I called around to a few locksmiths, no luck, and when i called Jensen Lo c k &Alarm, Joe went out his way and ordered me one and kept me informed about the process . ALL THE STAFF THERE IS WONDERFUL. I would recommend this company to my family and friends

I think in today's world people sometimes forget that knowledge and quality don't always go together...man was I surprised to find the excellent service and sheer knowledge to get the right key here. Couldn't get my key fob done tried a few times and we agreed to try elsewhere refunded money and blank key fob. The younger guy Vince was helpful the older man was spirited ,no hard feelings got it done in a different place.
