I come here all the time for getting my hair colored, never had an issue until this last time I went in July. The girl didn't rinse the color out of my hair all the way. She told me she had another client show up, so I was basically pushed out of the way... I didn't get a blow out, that usually comes after getting a hair color.. she stuck me under the hair dryer... after sitting there under the dryer for 20 mins or more, I realized she didn't rinse my hair color all the way out on the top of my head... so it was literally just baking into my hair under that dryer. I had John do my hair. And he was amazing. I will never go to anyone else. My hair color had been messed up elsewhere and he gave me highlights to fix the hot roots I had. And I left feeling so much better. He has a great personality to go with his amazing hair skills.
