Came home from vacation to find damage from roof leaks. Based on reviews input I called J Hardie Construction to come out and check it. Response was quick and thorough. I needed a new roof. I was contacted by John and he gave a thorough examination and followed with a quote that was VERY in-depth and cost was very competitive. Leading up to install I had several conversations with John, always to my satisfaction. Install was within a short period. Workers arrived at 7:00 and worked nonstop until 4:30 when it was finished. We had ice dam problem and tried for a week to get someone to help us. Called J Hardie, talked to the owner, got a return call within an hour from a work crew who was at my place in 2 hours. They took care of our problem and the leak stopped. I am very grateful and may call them back to put up some heat tape to prevent this from happening again.
