I’ve had the best experiences at Ideal Image in Boardman! The staff is out of this world kind, genuine, and knowledgeable (talking to you, Kim, Shannon, Jessica, and Heather). I’d recommend anyone come here, even if you’re just curious about some of their services. You can expect an extremely informative and professional visit. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this place. Everyone was very kind and professional. The facility is always pristine. I went here for my first laser hair removal treatment about two years ago and finished my last one in May this year (2023). I went because I have extremely thick hair everywhere, but it was especially bad on my chin. I painfully plucked my chin daily and you could still see where hair was coming in that was just too short for even tweezers to grab. I could see my husband notice it at times and it made me so self conscious. Not only should I have gotten laser hair removal 20 years ago, but the process here is seamless! Trustworthy, knowledgeable and honestly just being able to hold convos to make you think less about the laser situation lol. Highly recommend!
