Basic Tree Care | Columbus Tree Cutting & Removal
“I would have given them 6 stars if possible. They were that good. We had a tree come down from an adjoining yard, an 120 ft monster. It would have fallen on our house had there not been 2 trees in our yard that braced its fall. Everyone that came out to assess the job had the same concerns: too difficult to do and even if they took a crack at it, it would take days to complete with no guarantee that the tree wouldn't hit our house. And despite the fact that all agreed our bracing trees could give way at any time, they couldn't get us on their schedule for at least 3 weeks. Not so with Basic Tree Care. They came out, assessed and got us a fair quote in <24hrs. Two days after we signed the quote they sent an army of 8 to take care of it. To fit us in with our emergent situation they came out in the morning to set up, left to complete another urgent job and then returned in early evening to finish. When they were done, you wouldn't have known they were there and the tree was gone. I would use them again in a heartbeat.”
