“Trapper's Tree Service provided prompt and excellent service. They came out for an emergency call during a wind storm to remove a tree. Our tree started to fall and was on the edge of falling and damaging our property. Trappers came out within an hour or two to remove it before it fell and caused damage to the property. They were fast, professional, and extremely careful when removing the tree. They did a great job and we were very happy with the service they provided.Service: Tree removal“

“They were great!!!! I can't recommend Cox Tree Service enough!!!. We had a 65 foot spruce (that turned out to have become completely rotten on the inside) that needed to be removed before it took out our garage and the neighbor's garage. I had four other tree services/arborists come out and look at the tree. Quotes ranged from outrageously expensive to painfully expensive. Some of them suggested taking down our power lines and fence as well because the area in which they had to work was so tight (between the house, garage and power lines). Brad from Cox Tree Service came out and not only gave us a very reasonable quote, but also did not take down power lines or fences etc. They brought a 100 foot crane out this morning at 9 am; cut the tree into sections with surgical precision and took the sections up and over two story house to the street. They cleaned everything up and took it all away. You wouldn't even know that they had been here. And they were done by noon! My husband and I could not be more pleased.Services: Tree stump removal“

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Ohio Tree Care! They have been pruning our Locust and Silver Maple for 5-6 years now. When they first started pruning the Locust it was on the brink of death and was overrun with carpenter ants. They removed all of the dead wood and gave it a hard prune and now it is lush and healthy. The silver maple was lanky when they first started and now its strong with a beautiful shape and a nice canopy. Slavio really understands trees and knows exactly what to do to keep them healthy and beautiful, and the cost is very reasonable for the work that is being done. I also really appreciate the care Slavio took when a neighboring slum lord pretended that he owned our tree and tried to convince Slavio to remove a large branch. Slavio immediately came to us to see if this was something we wanted (it was not), which I appreciate immensely! We will be continuing to use Ohio Tree Care for as long as they are willing to care for our trees. :)“

“I had a time crunch and needed to get trees trimmed back and away from the roof before having it replaced.I put in a request for an estimate through Angie's List and they got back to me in less than an hour to set up a time.The gentleman was able to come out either the same day or next day. Hard to remember because it happened so quickly.I walked him around the property and he was pleasant and professional and explained everything in detail.Before the day was up, I had an estimate for work in my email and it was detailed. There were pictures attached and I was thoroughly impressed.They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in earlier than originally believed which was great given the constraints I had.When the team showed up to do the work, they were so friendly. Walter was the nicest man in the world and the crew with him were awesome as well.They did everything that was in the estimate and cleaned up afterwards and even closed the gate to the backyard.When my wife got home, she was very pleased and said we should keep that number should we need help in the future.I would absolutely use them again. “We needed to take down a tree, a couple bushes and have our fence taken down and put back up. All this to have an above ground pool setup. “estimator was friendly. agreed to the service, went down hill from there. called to see when the work was to be done and how to pay cash. scheduling was supposed to return call, never did. found that they did the work the same day without connecting to me. 2nd call was to see how to pay cash, and found that they took without permission a hornets nest that I was going to retrieve for personal use. no return call. 3rd call was to align payments and request that texts for payment stop due to paying cash.. no return call. had to connect with the estimator to pay, due to him "intercepting an email" and there was no concern for taking the nest off the property without permission. more interested in the money than customer serviceHere I am moments later reversing the previous review due to Keith (the field supervisor) responding to the content and addressing the issues immediately. That kind of customer service will make anyone overlook the other misses that stemmed from doing business with the company!!
