“I really can’t say enough about this school. I am watching my sweet puppy get more confident every single week with the help of doggy day school and puppy kindergarten. Her transformation is amazing! I was advised by a different trainer that she would not get better without a shock collar. I was not convinced that was appropriate for her and with the help of this school, we were able to prove with love, patience, and kindness this sweet girl can increase her confidence and expand her world. I can’t thank the staff enough for believing in her and taking the time to meet her where she was at and help her to be brave. I’m so grateful.“

Unfortunately she had to have her toe amputated, but we received the BEST care from all the people we saw during this whole ordeal. They treated her so well and were so loving towards her. They have been calling on a regular basis to check on her. Dr Christine was our doctor and I can’t say enough about her. She’s FANTASTIC!! I definitely recommend Riverside Animal Care ❤️“

“Can’t recommend Sterling K9 Retreat enough! Our dog absolutely loves visiting for daycare and you can tell the employees really care for the animals. The playroom is huge and they have tons of different enrichment activities planned each month. We love that we get daily report cards and get to see pictures/videos of our dog’s day. We have also used Sterling for overnight boarding as well and truly don’t trust anyone else to take such great care of our pup. He is so happy there! They are the best!“

“Dr. April Bauer and the team here are wonderful! This is our little man’s PCP and they’ve been wonderful with accommodating last minute emergencies. Just picked him up from surgery today, compassion and communication seems to be a top priority here.“

“My puppies evaluation went well. He's enrolled in puppy ? school! They give you a report card to tell you what he did and didn't do so combined with the puppy cams you feel a part of his learning experience. A couple downsides though: on their website, there is no puppy school package and nothing that tells you if you buy the standard package and you have a puppy then he's automatically enrolled. Also the cameras have angles that are not good and have many BIG blindspots. They only schedule tours during narrow hours which I work so one is usually not available.“

“We’ve had many of our barn cats fixed here, and the experience has always been great. The staff is wonderful, and we’ve never had a single issue. They’ve been so good to us and our cats—highly recommend!“

“Great place with great people who really seem to care about dogs. I’ve been taking my Brixton there on and off for 4 years or so, and have never had an issue. I feel comfortable leaving my husky with them, and it’s not easy to gain my trust when it comes to my dog.“

“Very nice place that is a impressive location with alot of space and a view from the lobby. We were happy to see the report from the extra activity for personal time we added. The kennels looked nice and well kept. It costs a bit more than some places but our dog was safe, happy and spoiled“

I take advantage of both half and full day packages depending on my workload and convenience. Sometimes it’s just nice to have a tired pup at the end of the day. And I’ve learned to appreciate the well priced grooming services they provide as well.“

“We just started taking our golden retriever here a few weeks ago for daycare on the 2/week wellness plan and have had great experiences so far. He loves it and always excited to arrive and come homes pooped. They have a wonderful customer service team at the front desk , very welcoming, friendly and convenient for drop off. We tried out grooming with Heather today too and she did an amazing job (and I can be quite picky when it comes to his haircuts!) and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.
