My first experience here. They are my Mom's vet. Unfortunately the visit was for an emergency euthanization for my mom's beloved 13 yrs old Chihuahua. Everyone was extremely empathetic, comforting and VERY MUCH left the "process" up to my Mom. Though a horrible situation, they did their utmost to make it as calming, loving and respectful as humanly possible.
Was able to get my cat in for an appointment same day when she seemed to be in pain. Dr. Wayland saw her, even though she is a bit feisty, and was able to diagnose her with a UTI. One of the tech's followed up, and Dr. Wayland called me back to answer a question and check on the cat himself. I felt like they truly cared about my cat and her health.
Healthy Pets staff and doctors are caring advocates for your pet. They provide excellent care and assist the pet owners in making informed decisions about the best care for their pets. I have been with Healthy Pets for over 20 years. My pets have had general care needs met as well as surgical procedures. I have always felt safe and comforted when my pets have been under their care. The doctors and staff are respectful and understand how our fur babies are part of our family and have always kept me informed of my pets' needs and care. They have always been willing to answer any questions I have had. I couldn't recommend a better place for excellent pet care !
