My dog Sasha is my world and I couldn’t ask for a better place to send her for some social fun and exercise! Management is great, they’ve helped work with (and are patient with) her anxiety toward people and dogs, are quick to respond for anything, have a clean facility, and are just amazing dog people. I love that Sasha can have indoor and outdoor fun and I get to hear things (and see some pictures on the app) about her that make me laugh. Sasha (and me) give this 11/10 would recommend to anyone.
I can not say enough positive things about this place! The management is timely with their responses to all my questions, they tell me how much they enjoy having my dogs and make me feel like my dogs are family when they come. Online booking is a breeze for both daycare and boarding. You select a drop off and pick up time when you schedule. My two dogs have been going once to twice a week since January of 2023. They have been boarded there once and would board there again if needed. My dogs always come home so tired which has been great! AOKO has an option for an extremely reasonable price to drop off the dogs before regular daycare hours even begin. This place has been a true lifesaver as I have to get to work before most places even open. It's a short drive off 270/Sunbury Road exit so it's easy to get to and from. Haven't ran into any parking issues or congestion at pick up or drop off times. Staff has always been friendly with me, they never seem annoyed that my dogs are wild when we pick them up. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pup!
