These guys did a wonderful job on my living room and dinning room floors. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and were very professional. They even did a nice job of repairing old damage to the floors.
If you're in the market to rehab your hard wood floors, I would highly recommend Simpson's flooring. They took a 1928 home I am rehabbing that had been carpeted for several decades (1940s at the latest) and restored them to mint condition. The layers of black matted soot that was covering the floors for decades was an arduous task to remove to say the least but they met the challenge at an excellent price.
Im an engineer and normally do my own work. It’s rare that I hire someone that does a better job that I can. These guys do!
