Techs like Zach diagnosed a failed sewer ejector pump and quickly replaced it, with everything working great. Jay replaced a toilet fill valve, testing multiple times before leaving, and later Zach figured out a leaky shower’s source with helpful solutions. Thank you so much Mike! My mom’s hot water supply to the water heater decided it was time to provide a high pressure fountain in the basement. Thankfully she is right in Wickliffe, less than 10 minutes from their shop in Eastlake. Less than 20 minutes, problem solved and mom has hot water again.
