1-Tom-Plumber provided fast, good service. The company is trusted for plumbing and drain cleaning in Eastlake, offering 24/7/365 service for residential and commercial needs. Techs like Zach diagnosed a failed sewer ejector pump and quickly replaced it, with everything working great. Jay replaced a toilet fill valve, testing multiple times before leaving, and later Zach figured out a leaky shower’s source with helpful solutions. Daryl was great, knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous, providing exceptional advice and expertise on a major plumbing problem, listening before advising. Zach was helpful, polite, and careful, explaining every step of the jet process. 1-Tom-Plumber is the best plumbing company in Northeast Ohio, with solid customer service and a professional team, especially for emergencies.
Had an issue with my sewer line. 1-Tom-Plumber was able to come out the next day. Jay came right during the 3 hour window that was provided to me and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He did a fantastic job of cleaning out my sewer line and using the camera system to show me what he was doing and seeing. He quickly cleaned the line all the way to the street and left the area with the line entrance cleaner than when he arrived.
Fantastic service and communication. Clear up front pricing with no hidden add-ons.
Would recommend 100%.
