Matt came out and re-keyed our door in record time. He arranged for a convenient time and gave me a heads-up prior to arrival, which was helpful in avoiding the chaos of our moving activities. He was pleasant and professional. Plus the cost of the work was half what we imagined. We would definitely call Santee again if we needed a locksmith.

I found a locking assembly that would work.There was one problem.I only had one key. I went to Santee and a nice young man spent over an hour looking for the correct blank. He finally told me , i'm going to send you back with four blanks, he said if it fits it won't turn, but I will be able to cut your key. Two of them fit. He asked how many keys I wanted? I told him three. It cost $8.27. I took them home, they all worked perfectly. I don't think they made much money on me that day. Thanks: Miciah

Amazing service. We called, we got to talk to him immediately which was not easy with other companies and he was there very quickly. He got in my car well before a minute was up. Extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
