However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The spa is cash-only and appointments can only be made in person or over the phone, which might be difficult due to a potential language barrier. There is also a lack of quietness in the spa, with frequent interruptions from the phone and doorbell. Additionally, some customers may prefer having a full blanket and a clean pillow during their massage, as the spa currently only provides a bath towel and a small towel for coverage. Despite these areas for improvement, customers have generally left feeling better after their massage.
Truly the best massage I’ve ever had. Two words: Back walking. Don’t fret about paying up front people are Jagoff scammers. Don’t forgot it is widely accepted to tip on spa treatments like a massage and often at a rate of 20%. Come on, this person is rubbing your naked body. Anyways, I was deterred by the reviews at first but I’m so happy I went. Every time I’m in town for medical treatment my wife or I sometimes both get massages. It’s a perfect treat to stressful medical visits and drives from Pittsburgh, PA. If you want someone who speaks perfect English, you have to pay for that too. Been coming for years , super nice ladies in here both my wife and I love the massages. Team always makes me feel better when I leave. Lastly they take walk ins which is helpful when you’re busy.
I had my first visit today for a 60 minute relaxation spa. Price is reasonable at $60, but keep in mind it’s cash only and she collected PRIOR to the massage.
I tried to book an appt over the phone, but the language barrier made that impossible, so I ended up stopping in to schedule. If they had a website or way to text a reservation request, that would be really helpful.
The employees are very friendly. The massage was good. It’s not the typical “spa” massage I am used to. The lights are dim and there is soothing music playing, but she needed to leave the room a few times and the phone kept ringing and the doorbell kept going off when people walked...read full review
