They are ok man that greets you knows what he is doing and he is very kind my only objective is they need better communication skills so they can understand what service you want.
I have been going here for over 20 years. Everytime, and I mean everytime, I venture out to some other local spot, mostly because the wait is long... I hate my experience. The crew at the Willoughby salon are so nice and do such a good job!!Services: Nail painting
I went during finals week since it was right across the street and we were allowed off campus. I came in with a backpack and my stuff. I went in and was given a menu of prices because prices weren't on the website. I decided I just wanted a regular Polish. they told me to pick a color but didn't tell me off of what chart because there were like 8 at least. I asked and just kept getting told pick a color which was kind of frustrating but I get it because of the language barrier. I finally just picked one and hoped that it would work it did. The nail tech I had was super sweet but had made me pay her before I got my nails done which I don't really know if thats normal or not since I had never been. the color was BEAUTIFUL!! then she offered to get all my stuff to carry over to the drying thing my backpack was incredibly heavy and the nail tech was super sweet and carried it all the way. I also met some super nice people while my nails were drying. it was super fun to just relax for a little while after all of my exams! only reason im rating it 4 stars is because k had called before hand and asked how much regular Polish would be and they said $15 then when I got there I asked again they said $12 then charged me $13 which isnt a terrible price just didn't like how they kept changing it. and also didn't get a lot of help at the beginning picking out color but other than that it was an amazing rrelaxing time
