Built a house with Kern Builders and the compliments haven't stopped! This is not a cookie cutter house. This house has 'strong bones'. The attention to detail is meticulous! Everything is custom, right down to the very end! Even after the house was completed, he continued to check on us to see if we liked everything. You truly get what you pay for! I would highly recommend working with this builder and his crew. They always gave their honest opinion on everything that was picked out. It was a very organized process.
