Jack worked with us to best meet our wants, needs and renovation budget. Jack provided us with a detailed timeline before beginning the project, communicated daily with detailed updates, and kept everything on schedule. Jack was very well liked by all of his contractors and all contractors were courteous and professional. Our kitchen is stunning and has added immeasurable value to our home.

I saw a Dever Design sign in a yard with a lot of trucks. I drove in and asked questions and within several hours Jack Dever called me. Jack and his architect came, drew up plans and we decided to do the work. A schedule was posted when the work started and it rarely ever deviated. Jack introduced us to vendors for selections, items ordered and delivered. In three months time there were numerous craftsmen in and out and they were all folks I would invite back. Jack checked in every day and was here most days to check progress. We now have 2 newer bedrooms, a total new bathroom and walk in closet which look wonderful. What started as a fairly simple project at my home became something else altogether. This is to be anticipated in an older home and I am fortunate that I had engaged Dever Design & Build to manage the project from begining to end. Jack Dever is knowledgeable, ethical, and empathetic.
