    I hope this message reach the owner. I have been calling for five days three times a day. No one from finance department has gotten back with me. I call they transfer me put me on hold will say he’s in a meeting. No one is in a meeting five days when they can’t call the customer back there. then I called Friday ask for a manager and they just put me on hold and never came back to the phone Very poor customer service in my opinion. Hope this message reaches you.

    Jackie was great, bubbly personality and attentive. However I'd have to question the workmanship of the mechanics. I originally took my truck in back in March because the steering went out. It had happened prior to but quickly came back when I shut the truck off then back on. But it finally went out and I had to have it towed. Now since they had it I had a couple other concerns and asked them to also look over it. Well they immediately said I needed a new front rack and brakes all around and eventually a tune up. After all this work was done I got the truck back and the next day the steering went out. About 4 trips back to the dealer and finally I think fixed the issue which as it turns out they said they had to get the wiring schematic from Chrysler and trace it out and found a wire that rubbed through and was shorting out. Hmmm makes me wonder about all the previous trips there with me saying it seems to be some kind of short but they went with bid ticket which I don't think the rack was really ever the problem. Of course the subsequent alignment was off had to be redone, still isn't as good as it was before this started. They replaced my power door mirrors and now the passenger speaker sometimes has rattle. At this point kind of tired of going up there and don't feel like complaining. I could go on but tired of typing. Who knows I could be just jinxed. Luckily for them I don't drive the truck daily or I'd have really been pissed off for the amount of time I was without my truck and going back and forth.

    I found a car on auto trader and went to look at it. It was not the one. While there, I was shown another vehicle that ended up working perfectly. Special thanks to Jason who was very helpful, and pretty fun to make a deal with.

    I had such a great experience with Eric! He understood exactly what I wanted and hit it out of the park with the first Jeep he showed me. He was super easy to talk to and was very honest. I felt immediately at ease with him and he made the entire experience enjoyable! Truly a great person and the best auto salesman I’ve ever encountered!
    Everyone else I met was also very kind, helpful and I felt comfortable at the dealership. Love my new Wagoneer!! Thank you!

    This place is the worst place for a diagnostic test car been sitting a week tell the same garbage over and over they can't get to it right now. They must charge you by how long your car sit there until they get to it.. what a shame will never have my car towed there again. What's even funnier they first place I took it to gave them all the information that it was locked out. Should not be sitting here for a week waiting on my car for a week. Told me it 5 to 3 days to do a diagnostic test belive me I am not that stupid.

    They have been holding my vehicle hostage for a week with ZERO answer and just keep saying someone will call me back. I brought it in to fix a latch they claim wasn’t on a recall which I googled and said it was. And then started working on other recalls and then refused to give me any updates they probably never even worked on the recall!!!! You can’t just hold someone’s car that they were supposed to have back to them a FAMILY MINIVAN!!! This was supposed to be back DAYS ago. Yesterday I was told they would deliver it to me and it still isn’t here!!!!!!!! I was told no one was there she has no answers and that I have to wait until MONDAY!!! I dropped it off on SUNDAY!!!!!
