We just bought our new house after moving to Cleveland. Unfortunately, our water heater was over a decade old and about to fail. The team came out and gave us a detailed breakdown of water heater options. I had done research on a tankless unit, and they really took the time to walk us through the pros and cons. Spoke with 2 other local companies before who didn’t give nearly as detailed explanation. Ended up going with a water filter to help prevent build up in the tankless unit. Jeff is that guy! I had this issues evaluated by a different major plumbing company and got no where. They also could not find my cleanout outside. As a new homeowner of an inherited home I didn’t have all the answers. Jeff was able to locate the clean out and get me on the right path for long term solution for an extensive project while also making sure in the immediate future I was squared away. 100/10 recommended for sewer needs!

Formica had come out about four weeks ago to complete some maintenance work. The work they completed unfortunately developed a small leak. I called in the morning and they had a plumber out about 5 hours later to assess the leak and repair the work. They stood by their warranty and the work was completed free of charge. Appreciate the quick response time and honesty in standing by the warranty.
